Tim Walz and other officials to turn over records in its probe of Democratic resistance to the Trump administration\u2019s immigration crackdown, calling the move retaliatory.\n    <\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/relocationtimess.com\/?p=3383\">The scale of Trump\u2019s political blunder in Iran is coming into focus<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\n            In a , district Judge Patrick Schiltz found that subpoenas were \u201cpart of an unconstitutional effort to coerce Minnesota officials into assisting the federal government with enforcing civil immigration laws and to harass and retaliate against them for failing to do so.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n            \u201cThe Department is not conducting a criminal investigation, but is instead using the grand jury process for other (unlawful) purposes,\u201d wrote Schiltz, an appointee of former President George W.
